Growing up, fitness wasn’t even on my radar. But as I got older, I started to see what consistency, discipline, and real effort could do—not just physically, but mentally too. That’s when everything clicked, and I dove all in.

I believe everything starts with small steps. You figure out what works for you, stay consistent, and build from there. That’s how real progress happens.

Outside the gym, I enjoy being outdoors, going for walks, and spending time with my dog. I’m always looking for ways to push myself and keep improving.

One mindset I live by is  Kaizen —getting just 1% better every single day, in any area of life. No matter how far you’ve come, there’s always room to grow.

And yeah, I might look intense in the gym but underneath it, I’m just a big teddy bear who genuinely cares and wants to see people win.
