Richie Lamarra

Richie has been part of the CrossFit community for over 8 years, both as an athlete and a coach. He coached at one of the largest affiliates in Florida with more than 550 members, where he learned firsthand how powerful consistency, community, and good coaching can be. Richie knows what it means to overcome challenges and believes fitness is one of the best ways to build resilience inside and out. His coaching style is encouraging, detail-oriented, and focused on helping every member move well, get stronger, and build confidence.

Favorite movements: Cleans and deadlifts 💪
Least favorite: Burpees (but he’ll still make you do them 😅)
